CAN DO Corporate Center

Developed in 1995, the CAN DO Corporate Center is located in the scenic Drums Valley at the intersection of Interstate 80 and PA State Route 309 (Exit 262)—just minutes from the Interstate 80/Interstate 81 junction.
Designed for flex space and light manufacturing, the Corporate Center offers modern communications infrastructure, essential amenities, and a prime location ideal for business growth.
Environmentally conscious by design, the Corporate Center earned CAN DO the Arthur D. Little Organization’s Environmental Excellence in Economic Development Award for its innovative “Terrarium Concept.”
Today, the CAN DO Corporate Center is home to nationally recognized businesses such as BestCigarPrices.com. It also hosts key community institutions, including two Hazleton Area School District campuses—the Arts & Humanities Academy and the STEM-focused Academy of Sciences—as well as the Butler Township Municipal Authority.

Water
CAN DO, Inc., supplies quality water throughout the park through 12- to 16-inch ductile iron mains at pressures suitable for office and light manufacturing uses.

Sewer
CAN DO, Inc., owns the collection system and provides 10-inch gravity and 8-inch forced mains. Wastewater is treated by Butler Sewer Authority.

Natural Gas
UGI Utilities, Inc., a division of the UGI Corp., provides gas service through a 6-inch medium pressure distribution main.

Electrical
Supplied by PPL Electric Utilities.
PPL can serve customers at the 12kV or 69kV voltage levels. Existing 12kV underground system delivers superior electric service to keep information and communications systems in peak condition. There is currently one 12kV substation in the area.

Telecomm
Service Electric, PenTeleData, Verizon and Frontier Communications Solutions provide a state-of-the-art telecommunications system with 100-percent digital switching and superior communications services, highlighted by an extensive fiber optic network This system provides a state-of-the-art telecommunications platform for voice, data and video transmissions. The network supports SONET technology for ultra-reliable service to customers with critical requirements.
