McAdoo Industrial Park

McAdoo Industrial Park

McAdoo Industrial Park was established in response to the needs of two companies seeking adjacent sites outside the Valmont and Humboldt Industrial Parks in 1987. CAN DO offered a 200-acre tract just south of Downtown Hazleton along PA State Route 309—land the organization had owned since the 1960s but had not yet developed.

To support this new opportunity, CAN DO secured a $1.5 million state grant to install essential infrastructure, and McAdoo Industrial Park officially opened in 1989. The Park features level terrain, abundant green space, and a business-friendly environment, making it an attractive option for a wide range of users.

Conveniently located less than a mile from PA State Route 309, McAdoo Industrial Park also enjoys excellent regional connectivity. It lies just over a mile from two Interstate 81 interchanges in either direction and is only three miles from Exit 138 of Interstate 81. In addition, the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Beltway (PA State Route 424) links PA State Route 309 and Interstate 81 just north of the park, enhancing access for tenants and visitors alike. The junction with Interstate 80 is also just 12 miles to the north, offering direct routes to major markets.
