Greater Hazleton CAN DO, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Dana DeLucca to Operations Coordinator. A dedicated member of the organization since 2019, DeLucca has continually expanded her contributions across departments, most recently serving as Operations Assistant since September 2021.
“I am excited for this new chapter in my career and look forward to continuing to support the operations of this organization,” DeLucca said. “It’s been incredibly rewarding to grow with a team that values both excellence and collaboration.”
In her new role, DeLucca will take on enhanced responsibilities that reflect the evolving needs of CAN DO’s operations. Her work will focus on regulatory coordination and technical administrative support, including oversight of covenant and utility reviews, support for CAN DO’s Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP), and coordination with regulatory bodies such as the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP.) Her strong organizational skills and deep institutional knowledge position her well to manage the administrative and compliance components of complex construction, utility, and infrastructure projects.
“I am very happy to witness Dana’s professional growth,” Raiana Nichols, CAN DO Director of Utilities, said. “She has become essential for the smooth running of our very unique and complex operations. Her ability to evolve with the needs of the organization, especially in technically demanding areas like utilities, construction, and property management, makes her an invaluable member of our team.”
DeLucca began her tenure at CAN DO as an Administrative Assistant, where she provided broad support to operations, accounting, park association, and the CAN DO Community Foundation. Her transition into the Operations Department in 2021 marked a shift toward more technical and project-based work, particularly in land development, leasing, and utilities.
“Dana has become an indispensable part of the operations division, providing support across our construction, facilities, and utilities divisions” said Cody Wood, Director of Construction and Facilities at CAN DO. “Her leadership in streamlining processes and willingness to go the extra mile have earned her the trust and respect of the entire CAN DO team.”
DeLucca’s promotion is a reflection of her continued dedication, growing technical expertise, and her vital role in supporting CAN DO’s mission to serve Greater Hazleton Area’s business community with operational excellence.
