
Romark Logistics celebrated its 20-Year Celebration Event on Friday, September 29th, to commemorate two decades of successful partnership and trust in Hazleton, PA.
The event, held at Romark Logistics’ Hazleton facility, was a momentous occasion that showcased the company’s journey defined by unwavering collaboration, personalized service, and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. During the celebration, several key milestones and achievements were highlighted.
Since opening its Hazleton location in 2003, Romark has demonstrated a commitment to the growth and progress of the Greater Hazleton Area. Notable achievements during this time include the completed installation of a 312,000-square-foot rooftop solar panel system in 2011, the acquisition of 1 Maplewood Drive in 2016, a 182,000-square-foot expansion of its facility on 546 CAN DO Expressway, and the opening of 490 Forest Road.
Marc Lebovitz, President at Romark Logistics, reflects on the journey, stating, “Our Hazleton venture has been nothing short of extraordinary. Notable attendees at the celebration included Charles Burkhardt, Chair of the CAN DO Board of Directors; Jim Montone, Chairman of the Hazle Township Supervisors; Mary Malone, President of the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce; and Darlene Robbins, President of the Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association.
Charles Burkhardt highlighted Romark’s commitment to the area, “Over the years, we watched this organization fulfill promise after promise to improve the quality of life in greater Hazleton, not just in the creation of employment, but as stewards of our community.” Darlene Robbins presented a plaque on behalf of the Manufacturers and Employers Association that commemorated Romark’s 20-year anniversary in Hazleton.
