Our Parks

CAN DO Corporate Center
Completed in 1995, the CAN DO Corporate Center is nestled in the scenic Drums Valley at the intersection of Interstate 80 and PA State Route 309 via Exit 262—just minutes from the Interstate 80/Interstate 81 junction.
Designed for flex buildings and light manufacturing, the Corporate Center offers modern communications technology, essential amenities, and a prime location for growing businesses.

Humboldt Industrial Park
Developed by CAN DO, Inc. in 1970, Humboldt Industrial Park is a well-established industrial hub stretching five miles along PA State Route 924. Conveniently positioned off Exit 143 of Interstate 81 and minutes from the Interstate 80 interchange, Humboldt offers exceptional access to major transportation routes.
The Park sits within a 300-mile radius of 25% of the U.S. population and total national production, making it a highly competitive business location.

Humboldt Station
Located within Humboldt Industrial Park, Humboldt Station is CAN DO’s commercial and retail development, ideal for hotels, restaurants, and shopping.
This 28-acre project, positioned just off Interstate 81 on Route 924 and a few miles south of Interstate 80, has grown into a thriving commercial area. Current tenants include the Lehigh Valley Station Circle medical complex—offering expanded orthopedic services, a walk-in Orthopedic Injury Center, and Care on Demand services—along with the Residence Inn by Marriott, Tru by Hilton, Turkey Hill Mini Mart, and Burger King.

McAdoo Industrial Park
In 1987, two companies sought adjacent locations but preferred a site outside Valmont and Humboldt Industrial Parks. In response, CAN DO offered a 200-acre tract near McAdoo, just south of Downtown Hazleton on PA State Route 309. Although CAN DO had owned the land since the 1960s, it remained undeveloped until these businesses expressed interest.
To support development, CAN DO secured a $1.5 million state grant to install infrastructure, and McAdoo Industrial Park officially opened in 1989. The Park features level terrain, ample green space, and a business-friendly environment.

Valmont Industrial Park
Valmont Industrial Park was CAN DO’s first economic development project, established in 1957. Spanning 550 acres, it quickly became a prime location for new and expanding businesses.
Strategically located in West Hazleton and Hazle Township, just off Exit 145 of Interstate 81, Valmont has consistently attracted leading companies with high operational demands.

The CAN DO Park Association is a staff-led initiative created to unite industries across all four CAN DO managed parks. It provides a platform for industrial tenants to connect quarterly in an informal setting to discuss concerns, explore opportunities, and receive park updates from staff and partners.
Attendees typically include owners, plant/facility Managers, human resource managers, maintenance supervisors, or other designated representatives from park tenants.
