Within Humboldt Industrial Park lies Humboldt Station, CAN DO's commercial/retail project that is ideal for hotels, family restaurants and retail shopping.

The 28-acre Humboldt Station project is located just off Interstate 81 on Route 924 and only a few miles south of Interstate 80. It has grown to include the Coordinated Health medical complex (which features expanded orthopedic services as well as a walk-in Orthopedic Injury Center and Care on Demand location where patients can see a specialist without the need for an appointment), the Residence Inn by Mariott hotel, Turkey Hill Minit Mart gas station and convenience store and and Burger King fast food restaurant. Tru by Hilton recently purchased a site and will begin construction soon on its hotel.
