CAN DO’s water and wastewater divisions are regulated by the Public Utility Commission (PUC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Environment Protection (PA DEP). Our water division owns and operates three water systems allowing CAN DO to supply potable water throughout Humboldt and McAdoo Industrial Parks, and the CAN DO Corporate Center. Our wastewater division owns and operates a treatment facility and two sanitary collection systems throughout Humboldt Industrial Park and one collection system throughout the CAN DO Corporate Center.
