Within Humboldt Industrial Park lies Humboldt Station, CAN DO's commercial/retail project that is ideal for hotels, family restaurants and retail shopping.

The 28-acre Humboldt Station project is located just off Interstate 81 on Route 924 and only a few miles south of Interstate 80. It has grown to include the Coordinated Health medical complex (which features expanded orthopedic services as well as a walk-in Orthopedic Injury Center and Care on Demand location where patients can see a specialist without the need for an appointment), the Residence Inn by Mariott hotel, Turkey Hill Minit Mart gas station and convenience store and Sonic Drive-In and Burger King fast food restaurants. Tru by Hilton recently purchased a site and will begin construction soon on its hotel.
