Polanco said, “I'm both honored and thrilled to be a part of such an illustrious organization! Since moving to Hazleton in 2005, I quickly learned about all the great things CAN DO has done for the area. Sixteen years later, I will also be playing a part in the betterment of the lives of everyone who calls Hazleton home. I look forward to starting this new chapter in my life and can't wait to see what’s in store for my career.”
Polanco graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
While in college, he served as a marketing intern for the Hazleton Integration Project, where he monitored the organization's social media platforms. He also photographed, edited and published short, informative videos advertising the organization and its events on social media and revamped its website.
