CAN DO has upgraded and enhanced its website, rebuilding it from the ground up to be more usable as well as mobile friendly for tablet and phone devices.

The new web site uses a state-of-the-art development technique called “responsive design,” which enables the site to automatically respond and reflow to fit the many sizes of devices that exist today.

From tablets to phones to widescreen desktops, the new site is easier to view and use.

Beyond appearance, the content of the site was thoroughly reviewed and updated to reflect the most current information about CAN DO and its parks. Information on the site includes community data with details on the workforce, industry clusters and demographics, as well as information on financial incentives and the ability to search for available real estate. Many PDFs are available for download, including park maps and workforce data.

The site also proudly promotes CAN DO’s social media outlets, including Facebook (www.facebook.com/hazletoncando), Twitter (www.twitter.com/hazletoncando) and YouTube (www.youtube.com/hazletoncando).

The new site also contains improved search engine optimization features that will make the site easier to find in Google, Bing and Yahoo. Enhanced functionality also exists for adding blogs to the site, which will allow CAN DO staff to publish articles about the organization and the ways in which it can help meet the business needs of our community.
